- Contribution Limit: Individuals may give up to $1,200 per election.
- Eligibility: Contributions must be made from your own funds and may not be reimbursed by another person or entity. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- No Foreign Donations: We cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals or corporations.
- Disclosure Requirements: If your total contributions exceed $250, state law requires us to collect your occupation and employer information.
- Tax Status: Contributions are not tax-deductible.
